It is located in Balmes Street, between Gran Via de les Corts and Ronda Universitat, in the Eixample district. Very close to Univesitat metro station (line 1 and 2), a few steps away from the most beautiful and elegant streets in Barcelona : Rambla Catalunya and Passeig de Gràcia; also within walking distance to Plaça Catalunya and La Rambla.An area surrounded by restaurants, bars, cafeterias and many shops. The Eixample is the most modernist area of Barcelona and has a unique architectural interest: in this area, you can admire constructions as The Casa Lleó Morera, of Domenèch i Montaner, The Casa Amatller, of Puig i Cadafalch, The Casa Batlló and the Casa Milà (famous under the name of la Pedrera), both of them of Gaudí. In the same area, you can also visit the Barcelona University , in front of the Plaça Universitad, or the Tàpies Foundation. The apartment consists in 1 double room with 2 individual beds and a nice mosaic floor; 1 living room with a double sofa bed, TV, table and chairs; fully equipped kitchen and complete bathroom with bathtub.
