located residential neighbourhood.
Free parking spaces are readily available outside the
property.
The convenient location and excellent transport connections
– U-Bahn (underground), S-Bahn (suburban
rail), national rail links and the A100 / A103 motorways
– make travelling and getting around the city a breeze.
The park-like neighbourhood offers beautiful, green
surroundings right in the middle of the city. The
grounds of the former Tempelhof Airport have also
recently been opened to the public and offer a wealth
of options in terms of leisure activities.

Our apartments are suitable for allergy sufferers. They
have wooden or tiled floors and are thoroughly cleaned
on a regular basis.
PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES:
Apartment 2 is partially accessible for people with
disabilities. However, this depends on the severity of the
