[más]The New Bed and Breakfast Marina di Castello is a new B&B, charmingly designed and built on the last floor of a historical building (Palazzo Leone Manca) from the early 9th century, which represents a new and different alternative to a luxury hotel.
It is located in Roma Street, Marina neighbourhood, a strategic position in front of the port city's most prestigious attractions, monuments, museums, cafès and restaurants can be reached in a short time. It is not far from Poetto’s beach, only 10 minutes by bus. It's also ideally placed for art, culture and shopping but also for the businessman because it is in near the most important banks and public offices.
Ideal place to relax and enjoy the taste of a different holiday, but a most memorable one!
The neighbourhood is enriched by the studios of artists and goldsmiths, the shops and characteristic cafès, all the way along Marina. During summer evenings “Marina” (no traffic area) takes on a party atmosphere, with aperitifs, festivals and concerts for unforgettable nights flavoured by the sea.
The place has just been tastefully restored, taking into account the traditions but inspired by current trends of minimalist design with sets of furniture that report on current trends; the wooden ceiling, the wood flooring, the niches on the internal walls, and the walls of ancient stone
When you enter in the Ancient B&B a Marina di Castello you can admire immediately a beautiful little hall, where you can write, read, listen music or connect to the wifi free internet service.
It is provided with four stylish unique rooms, all equipped with private bathrooms, autonomous heater / air conditioner, TV , double glazing, mini-fridge, hairdryer, safe and writing desk. They are furnished in modern style and with original paintings.
There is also an elegant and charming corner kitchen that has a microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, useful for breakfast or fast food.
The kitchen opens to a balcony with views over the rooftops, ideal place for smokers to spread out in summer or beach towels
You can choose between double or triple Rooms (add 1 extra beds) to provide the perfect solution for both leisure and business.
