[más]The Hotel Aganoor is in the main street of Castiglione del Lago historical centre, close to the ancient Della Corgna Palace (in which today is set the Museum ) and the Medieval Fortress built in XIII century. The hotel is at the second floor of an aristocratic palace built in XVIII century. At the first floor you can find the Restaurant “La Cantina” , this one too managed by the Aurora Society.
From the hall a winding staircase brings you at the solarium terrace, from which you’ll see a marvellous landscape of the Lake, the Islands, the Palace and the Fortress.The Hotel has 8 bedrooms, all with private bathroom, air conditioning and TV. Most of them are furnished with fine ancient pieces, as beds made of wrought iron or brass.
