En todo momento son simpáticos y están dispuestos a ayudar al cliente.

El servicio de habitaciones es bueno y el servicio de restauración también. Los desayunos son adecuados con todo tipo de comida y desayunos. Existe la posibilidad de pedir leche de soja en la barra del bar al lado del buffet. Sino la pides no la verás, pero si la pides tan solo tendrás que ir y pedir tu leche vive soy. Te darán un tetrabrick de 200ml o caliente o frio como gustes.
