It is an ancient fortified farm dating back to 17th century, close to Rosa Marina, an International village. Surrounded by ancient olive groves, enjoys spectacular views: on the one side the blue Adriatic Sea, on the other side Murgia’s green terraces.
The pre-existing building areas have been carefully refurbished so as to turn them into new comfortable rooms (double rooms, junior suites and one suite) and apartments with 3, 4 and 5 beds. They have been provided with patio, living room with all-round kitchen and two private bathrooms with shower stall.
This facility is completely fenced and has a terrace paved with local stones and equipped with a gazebo, a large 10,000-sqm wide parkland with a swimming pool, a nice church, an underground oil mill and a large parking lot for cars and buses.
