[más]Woodchester Park is located in a secluded valley near Stroud in the Cotswold. The valley contains the remains of an eighteenth / nineteenth century landscaped park, the Grade I listed Woodchester Mansion and a chain of five man-made lakes surrounded by woodland.
Woodchester Park is managed by the National Trust and is open every day of the year for walking, but the Mansion can only be visited on specifified Open Days between April and October. Details can be found on the website.
Admission is free although, if arriving by car, you are required to pay £1.50 for all day paking.
