The Val Thorens 'Les Olympiades' is a modern Alpine-style residence located opposite the sports and shopping centres in Val Thorens, which is part of the Les Trois Valées, the world's largest linked ski area. The residence features 168 modern, pine-furnished apartments, all of which open onto balconies and provide kitchenettes with electric hobs, refrigerators, ovens, and dishwashers. Guests can go for a refreshing dip in the hotel's indoor swimming pool and enjoy some relaxation time in the sauna. The hotel houses its own nightclub and bar, and younger guests can head for the kids' club. Those arriving by car will find onsite parking (for a fee), and further practical amenities include ski storage and laundry facilities. The ski area boasts 30 ski lifts, covering 140 kilometres of pistes of varying degrees of difficulty and the residence is located 200 metres from the nearest lifts.
