Lightner Farmhouse B&B

Lightner Farmhouse is a 19th century home used as a hospital following the Battle of Gettsyburg. Today it offers all the modern amenities including central air and heat, a TV in each room and with the feel of history in your choice of a standard queen bed room or a deluxe two room suite. Children over the age of 10 are welcome. The property consists of 26 acres with walking trails through the fields and into the woods. Owners are happy to help organize touring and shopping itineraries along with recommendations of the best places to dine. A full cooked breakfast is served daily. Tour the battlefield or enjoy our area wineries and breweries plus shopping opportunities at the local Outlet Mall.
